Accountability

Each week you are required to submit a progress report. This allows us to hold you accountable to reaching your goals and we will work with you based on your results to tweak and alter your nutrition plan to optimize your results during the 6 weeks.

Nutritional Coaching

We will be working with each client one-on-one to maximize their results. For this challenge we have revamped the nutrition making it even easier to get accelerated results.
